Yum! Everything I order is always delicious and fresh! I usually order the combo Pho. My last visit I tried something new ordered the stuffed chicken wings.. Amazing! They stuff two large wings, deep fry, then slice them. The wings are served with the same veggies as the eggrolls: lettuce, cucumber, herbs, marinated carrots and dip…. Highly recommend!
We found this place by accident. I had no idea it was even there. The food is awesome! The service was top notch and the restaurant was very clean. We had the Pho and Shrimp Spring Roll. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back soon!
I give this place 5 star. The food was good. I was craving crispy noodles but they weren’t the traditional crispy noodles I was used to! They were still good!
First time eating here. This is my new go to pho restaurant. Pho and grill was my favorite one but this place is better to me. The service was surprisingly fast, and delicious. 10/10 check this place out. I order the noodles bowl with beef, chicken and pork, my daughter got a small pho and we shared the spring rolls. Everything was delicious. I wish I tried this place sooner.
I haven't been to another local Vietnamese restaurant that has the spirit and tenacity to prepare such a wide variety of traditional and ethic food. Although they pride themselves as a Vietnamese restaurant, I see plenty of crossovers that represent the South East Asian cooking.
It does take someone who understands food preparation and the appreciation of Asian food to see why they didn't just offer what is simple and main stream like many other Vietnamese restaurants you'll find in town. Eatery like Viets restaurant who are ambitious about their menu, has the skills, and courage showcasing their culinary are very rare in Colorado Springs. Food was delicious, service was attentive, menu I already spoken a lot, and pricing is slightly higher end but worth it.
We ordered the roll your own spring rolls. It had pork, shrimps wrapped in meat, and a ground meat wrapped in seaweed (I think). Everything tasted good.
They left the shrimp tails on which I know everybody does but they shouldn't, especially when it's wrapped with something because it makes it very not nice to bit into unknowingly.
I didn't feel they had enough noodles or veggies and the actual rice paper was much smaller than other places we have gone.
Hubs LOVED the dipping sauce and wanted me to take every last bit of it home (lol)
Over all the restaurant was very clean and was nicely decorated. We went on a Monday afternoon so there was only one other family there but the service was good, fast, and friendly. It was very good food and it all tasted good. Food presentation was beautiful and you can tell they take a great deal of pride in their food. I would say it was a little fancier than some of the other places we have gone for this sort of meal.
Came with some friends as it is their favorite place. It was my first time having Vietnamese food and WOW I was blown away. Everything we had was delicious and tasty. I can’t wait to try it again soon.
The current 4.2/5 rating for this place makes no sense to me. I haven't been to Vietnam or anything to try the most authentic food, but I've always felt I've had good standards for Vietnamese food. This place raised my bar. I'm just visiting Colorado, but when I go back to where I came from I'll be a little sad knowing the best Vietnamese I've had is far away.
